Cartier is the bold, beautiful and athletic son of the
legendary mare Schiaparelli. He possesses an impressive
pedigree,
boasting strong bloodlines that are known for passing on their greatness
as exhibited by his paternal half brother
Hollybrook Stage Rage. Cartier is also the maternal half brother of Mizrahi and
Bellisimo. He is a ¾ brother to Balenciaga, an impressive two year
old colt who won Yearling Colt, Junior Champion Stallion and Reserve
Grand Champion Stallion at the 2004 Jubilee Regional. Cartier is also a
¾ brother to the beautiful Isabella Fiore winner of the highly
competitive Breeders Sweepstakes in 2005.

In the show ring, Cartier has combined his type and
talent to become the 2004 Four Year Old Pleasure
Driving Stallions Grand National Champion and the 2004 Four Year Old Pleasure
Driving World Champion. In 2007, Cartier had Open English Pleasure
wins at Southern States Regional and New England Regional. He was
also Reserve Grand National English Pleasure Stallion Champion at
Oklahoma in 2007. In 2008, he won the Grand National English
Pleasure Stallions class, and went on to become the English Pleasure
Reserve World Champion.
It appears Cartier is going to be a very consistent
Breeding Stallion. All of his foals have long, upright necks,
beautiful heads and all of them have been bay. It is highly likely
he is homozygous bay as all four chestnut mares bred to him have had
bay foals. Cartier’s first large foal crop in 2007, was highlighted
by one filly in particular, Simple Elegance. She was the 2008
Futurity Yearling Filly Reserve World Champion. Will yours
